That’s why we offer “The Patient Journey”, a dedicated research tool and methodology allowing to identify all the interactions a patient has, to detect his hurdles and frustrations and to provide new insights to act upon. Through a series of workshops with both healthcare professionals and patients, the patient journey generates deep learnings we translate in concrete tactics and initiatives to improve patients’ everyday lives. The relevance of each initiative is finally checked and validated in close collaboration with all the stakeholders concerned.
