We used deep insights as drivers for growth

We started off with various CRM driven initiatives to enrich customer data profiles. This helped us gain deeper insight into their individual needs. Next step was to leverage this insight into improving marketing programs across product categories and channels. This is all supported by a custom attribution model for continuous optimization.
